What you need to know, when you need it.

The festival is being held at Surfside Park and Beach in Mound, MN at Bartlett and Commerce Blvd (5801 Bartlett Blvd; Mound MN 55364)

NOPE it’s a free community event.
There is free parking on neighborhood streets and in designated lots around the venue site. There will be a free shuttle bus picking guests up from various designated shuttle stops.
Shuttle buses will run Friday from 5pm – 12:30am and Saturday from 8:30am-12:30am and will be stopping at the main parking ramp next to Mound True Value on Shoreline Drive, the parking lot in the Commerce Center located on the northeast corner of Commerce and Lynwood (Wells Fargo), Shirley Hills Elementary School parking lot on Wilshire Blvd and Mt Olive Lutheran Church parking lot on Bartlett Blvd.
What’s a festival without food?! There is a wonderful food court with many options!
In the event of a storm, the Festival Board and Power Squadron will make the decision as to whether or not the fireworks can still go off. If the threat of lightning is present, we may shoot the fireworks earlier in the night or postpone until Sunday evening. We know festival goers love this awesome fireworks display, but a barge filled with explosives poses a few liability risks that may change the timing of the fireworks. Safety is always our first priority.
The Festival follows the rules posted on the grounds at Surfside Park and Beach.
