Set up is on Friday from 12:30-2:30pm. Your time will be sent to you one week before the event.
Service Times - On Friday service begins at 5pm and ends at 10pm. On Saturday we start at 10am and go until 10pm. Permission to open earlier or stay open later is acceptable. After 9:30 on Saturday morning the access streets are CLOSED in preparation for the parade. There is no way for your personnel to access the Food Court, by vehicle, until the parade is over.
Financial - The fee is $835 per 15' linear space. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due within 10 days after your application is accepted and the remaining amount is due by June 15th. We do not provide change so please plan accordingly.
Signage - You are responsible to supply your own signage. Please feel free to use what you currently have. Have clear signage reflecting items for sale and prices which is visible to all those in line.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration of the opportunity to participate at the Spirit of the Lakes Festival, I, along with any individuals accompanying me, hereby release the Spirit of the Lakes Festival, its board, agents, and affiliates from any and all known or unknown claims, damages, injuries, losses, judgments, or liabilities, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury. This release applies regardless of the nature or cause of the incident, recognizing that I, and any individuals with me, voluntarily assume all such risks.
Furthermore, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above-mentioned entities and individuals from any claims or liabilities arising from the conduct of myself, my staff, or participants under my direction, as well as any actions by spectators or third parties.
The Spirit of the Lakes Festival , along with their board and agents, reserves the right to enforce standards of acceptable conduct during all festival activities. Behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by festival organizers may result in immediate removal from the event without refund or recourse.
