The Arts & Crafts Festival is just one event of the larger festival, which includes live stage entertainment, food, parade, wakesurf competition, fireworks and many other activities. Vendor booths will be set up on the grass in Surfside Park & Beach, on the shore of beautiful Lake Minnetonka in Mound. Booth spaces are approximately 10’X10’ with very limited electrical power available upon request (vendors with this request should apply early). Vendors supply their own tent, tables, and signage. Please be sure to have a clean, attractive display to help ensure success in drawing attendees attention to your booth.
Set up time will be 8:00am – 9:30am. You will be able to park close to your booth space to load and unload but all vehicles must be moved from loading zone by 9:30am.
The Arts & Crafts Festival begins at 10:30am, 30 minutes after the start of the parade. The end time is flexible between 6pm and 9pm (no booth tear down before 6pm). Coffee and bottled water will be provided for you at setup. Spirit Crew volunteers will be available to assist with unloading, as well as restroom & food breaks during the day.
Please apply by July 1st – the earlier, the better as space is limited. Applications received after this date will be considered if space is available.
*In order to qualify as an Arts & Crafts Vendor, goods must be hand-made. Goods must be available on site for grab & go purchase.
