Thank you for your interest in securing a spot at the Spirit of the Lakes Festival food truck lot. Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. The Festival, in its sole discretion, will select vendors that best fit the event's needs and vision.
The fee is $835 per 15' linear foot spot. If your application is accepted, you will be required to provide the following:
- A 50% nonrefundable deposit (remaining balance by June 15th)
- Signed vendor agreement
- Hennepin County food service permit
- Minnesota Revenue Form ST19
- Certificate of insurance with $1,000,000 per occurrence coverage, naming the Spirit of the Lakes Festival as additional insured

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration of the opportunity to participate at the Spirit of the Lakes Festival, I, along with any individuals accompanying me, hereby release the Spirit of the Lakes Festival, its board, agents, and affiliates from any and all known or unknown claims, damages, injuries, losses, judgments, or liabilities, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury. This release applies regardless of the nature or cause of the incident, recognizing that I, and any individuals with me, voluntarily assume all such risks.
Furthermore, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above-mentioned entities and individuals from any claims or liabilities arising from the conduct of myself, my staff, or participants under my direction, as well as any actions by spectators or third parties.
The Spirit of the Lakes Festival , along with their board and agents, reserves the right to enforce standards of acceptable conduct during all festival activities. Behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by festival organizers may result in immediate removal from the event without refund or recourse.
