Sponsorship – Combo Festival & Barrel Boss

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration of the opportunity to participate at the Spirit of the Lakes Festival, I, along with any individuals accompanying me, hereby release the Spirit of the Lakes Festival, its board, agents, and affiliates from any and all known or unknown claims, damages, injuries, losses, judgments, or liabilities, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury. This release applies regardless of the nature or cause of the incident, recognizing that I, and any individuals with me, voluntarily assume all such risks. Furthermore, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above-mentioned entities and individuals from any claims or liabilities arising from the conduct of myself, my staff, or participants under my direction, as well as any actions by spectators or third parties. The Spirit of the Lakes Festival , along with their board and agents, reserves the right to enforce standards of acceptable conduct during all festival activities. Behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by festival organizers may result in immediate removal from the event without refund or recourse.
